Share Your Research with the Scandinavian Plastic Surgery Community

We invite you to submit your work for presentation at SCAPLAS 2026, taking place in Oslo, Norway, June 3–5, 2026.

This is your opportunity to contribute to one of the most dynamic meetings in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery in the Nordic region.

Accepted abstracts will be presented during the conference as oral presentations, and included in the official SCAPLAS 2026 scientific program.

Abstracts are welcome within, but not limited to, the following categories:

Submissions that do not fit neatly within these categories are still encouraged. 

Submission Guidelines


To ensure a smooth review process, please follow the guidelines below:

Language: English

Title: Maximum 20 words

Authors: List all authors with institutional affiliations

Text length: Up to 250 words

Structure:

Background / Purpose

Methods

Results

Conclusion

Keywords: Up to 5

Figures / Tables: Not accepted in the abstract submission

Conflict of Interest: Must be declared for all authors

Abstracts that do not comply with the format may be returned for revision or excluded from review

Award 

Best Abstract and Presentation


During the conference all presentations will be assessed for quality based on the submitted abstract and oral presentation. 

The winner of 🏅 Best Abstract Award will be announced during the closing ceremony friday. 

The winner will receive a grant of 10.000 NOK!
