As we celebrate 75 years of Scandinavian Plastic Surgical collaboration we are invited to a reception with the mayor of Oslo held at Oslo City Hall! 

Important info: The reception will start precisely 18.00. The doors open at 17.30. Look for the women dressed in the tradition norwegian bunad at the entrance. They will register you using your ticket and guide you through security. 

The event at Rådhuset / City Hall will last until 19.30 where we move on to the social dinner at Oche Torggata. Getting to Oche takes approx. min. walking or 20 min by public transport. 

 - Social Dinner - 

20.00 - until late

Following the reception at Oslo City Hall, you are invited to a relaxed social evening in central Oslo.

The evening focuses on informal networking and social interaction, combining dinner and drinks with casual games of dart and shuffleboard. 

This setting provides an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues in a friendly and informal atmosphere.

The price of 350 NOK includes dinner, welcome drink, drink vouchers, and all activities from beginning until late. Participation in the activities is optional, with the main emphasis on good food, engaging conversations, and an enjoyable social experience."

Please note that participation in the Social Dinner requires separate registration and is not included in the conference fee.

Note also that there are limited spots available, so early booking is recommended..

Important info: The social dinner starts at 20.00 after the event at Rådhuset. Remember your ticket and drink vouchers and be ready to have a great time in Oslo with all you old and new friends.

For this special occasion, we have exclusive access to the entire museum — allowing our guests to dine and mingle surrounded by Norway's extraordinary polar heritage. Set against the backdrop of legendary expeditions and the world's most famous polar ship, the evening will combine history, atmosphere, and celebration in a truly unique setting.

The dinner will be hosted in a relaxed mingle-style format, encouraging conversation, networking, and movement throughout the venue. Guests will enjoy exquisite cuisine, carefully selected wines, and exceptional service — all while immersed in the dramatic stories of Arctic and Antarctic exploration.

This will be more than a dinner; it will be an experience — a night of fine food, inspiring surroundings, and memorable conversations beneath the wings of polar history.

Getting there:

We have arranged transportation with buses from the conference hotel at 19.00. The dinner start at 19.30 with an aperitiff.

Getting back:

The first bus will leave the FRAM museum at 22:30. It will return after drop off to pick up the rest of the party people.
